Who this is for

If your nonprofit is registered in Minnesota and meets two of the following, you qualify:

  • Annual budget under $500K (small enough that paying for a web project would actually hurt)
  • Current site is > 3 years old, broken, or doesn't exist
  • You serve people who don't have other obvious advocates
  • The work you do is the kind a stranger would call good

What you get

A real website. Not a template, not a placeholder. Built in a weekend, deployed by Sunday night.

  • Four pages — Home, Our Work, Donate, Contact. That's enough. More is worse.
  • A donate button that works — Stripe checkout, three preset amounts, a "monthly" toggle
  • A contact form — sends to your inbox, nothing fancy
  • An admin page — you can update the home-page hero, impact numbers, and photos yourself, no "web guy" needed
  • Hosting + domain renewal for the first year — I cover it
  • A 30-minute handoff call after launch so you actually feel comfortable in it

What you don't get

Being honest about scope so we're not surprised on either side.

  • A "Team" page, a blog, a podcast embed, or anything that takes more than four pages to say
  • A custom logo or brand design (bring your own, or I'll use a clean type-based mark)
  • SEO services, paid ad management, or social media setup beyond what's already running
  • Ongoing development — after the 30-minute handoff, the site is yours. I'm not charging $90/hr to fix typos and neither is anyone else.

What I need from you

Three small things. Bring them to the 15-minute call.

  • Your mission, in one sentence a stranger would understand
  • 3–10 photos from your real work (phone photos are fine, often better)
  • One number that describes your impact — kids served, meals delivered, people housed, anything real

The honest part

This is not a trick. There's no upsell. I don't sell SEO. I don't sell "ongoing optimization." I'm not a web agency. I am one person with one nonprofit-website-per-month commitment that I made publicly in my newsletter and would like to keep.

The reason I can do this for free is that the actual build time, thanks to AI, is around 4 hours. The reason I want to do this for free is that "AI for good" should mean something other than a press release.
